Supply, Delivery and Testing of 155 units Striker Fired 9mm Pistol

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the 2019 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos inclusive of 12% VAT (Php 6,510,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Testing of 155 units Striker Fired 9mm Pistol. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) now invites for Supply, Delivery and Testing of 155 Units Striker Fired 9mm Pistol. Delivery of the Goods is required to be Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply, Delivery and Testing of Firearms. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
