  1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 1,145,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Structural Analysis and Design (STAAD) Pro Software for Design and Specifications Division, Engineering Department. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply and Delivery of Engineering Software. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
