The following changes/information are hereby made on the above captioned Invitation to Bid (ITB):

  1. Delete page 29 under Section V. Special Conditions of Contract of the Bidding Documents and substitute the herein attached replacement sheet (Attachment Sheet No. 1); and
  2. The attached “Minutes of Pre-Bidding Conference” shall form part of the Bid Documents (Attachment Sheets No. 2 to 4).
