- The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Structural Analysis and Design (STAAD) Advanced Concrete Design (RCDC) and Plaxis 3D Limit Equilibrium Softwares for Design and Specifications Devision – Engineering Department. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
