Rita SRIP has been rejected by the NIA Board due to the delay of its construction and additional request of 109.7 million for the Land Acquisition & Resettlement Plan (LARP).The management defended that it took them time due to right of way problems and sequence of re-inventory for crops and property damages at reservoir area. NIA inks contracts with Irrigators in BicolWednesday, June 14, 2017 - 08:18 NIA, Quezon City – A simultaneous signing of the Modified Irrigation Management Transfer (IMT) contracts between NIA and 62 Irrigator Associations (IAs) in Bicol region was the highlight of the recently concluded 2nd Irrigators Associations (IAs) Congress in the province, earlier this week.NIA Administrator Gen. Ricardo R.
