Construction of Bayabas Rockfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in Region 3 under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project
- The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Continuing Budget Inclusion (CBI), (GAA 2024-2027) (Fund 501) intends to apply the sum of One Billion Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and 86/100 Pesos (Php1,949,499,808.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bayabas Rockfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in Region 3 under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project, Invitation to Bid No. R3-BSRIPD-C-37. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
