The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), General Appropriations Act (GAA) – 2020, 2021 and Certificate of Budget Inclusion intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and Thirty-Nine Centavos (Php 358,320,821.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bayuyan Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in Region 6 under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project,  Invitation to Bid No. R6-BSRIPD-C-34R2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 919 calendar days, inclusive of 246 pre-determined unworkable days.  Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
