The following changes/information are hereby made on the above-mentioned Invitation to Bid (ITB):

  1. Delete Section III. Did Data Sheet of the Bidding Documents and substitute the herein attached replacement  sheets (Attachment Sheets No. 1 to 4);
  2. Delete page 28 under Section V. Special Conditions of Contract of the Bidding Documents and substitute the herein attached replacement sheets (Attachment Sheet No. 5);
  3. Delete the Supplemental Information under Section V-A of the Bidding Documents and substitute the herein attached replacement sheets (Attachment Sheet Nos. 6 and 7);
  4. Delete pages TS-I-4 and TS-IX-1 of Section VI. Technical Specifications of the Bidding Documents and substitute the herein attached replacement sheets (Attachment Sheet Nos. 8 and 9);
