Construction of Ibato-Iraan Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures (Remaiining Works) under the Small Reservoir Irrigation Project

The National Irrigation Administration, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2015, 2016 and Certificate of Budget Inclusion, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Six Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Two Pesos Only (Php 326,650,392.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. SRIPD-C-20RW. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
