The National Irrigation Administration, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2020 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Million Pesos (Php 325,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Contract No. R1-LARISIPD-C-2R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
  2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for Lower Agno River Irrigation System Improvement Project. The project is located in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Pangasinan and has the following major items of work:
