A. The following changes/information as a result of the pre-bidding conference are hereby made on the above captioned invitation to bid:

  1. The Submission/Opening of Bids will be moved from February 18, 2020 to February 26, 2020. Deadline for Submission of Bids will be at 12:00 NN at BAC-A Secretariat Office 6th Floor NIA Bldg. A, NIA Complex, EDSA, Diliman Quezon City, followed by Opening of Bids at 2:00 PM at Classroom “A”, 3rd Floor, IEC Bldg., NIA Complex, EDSA, Diliman, Quezon City.
  2. Delete page 38 of Section III, Bid Data Sheet, and substitute the herein attached replacement sheet (Attachment Sheet No. 1).
