1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) through the 2019 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Five Pesos (Php1,761,265.00) inclusive of 12% VAT and all other applicable taxes and charges being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of the CY 2019 Annual Physical Examination for the National Irrigation Administration Central Office. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) now invites bids for Procurement of the CY 2019 Annual Physical Examination for National Irrigation Administration Central Office. Delivery of the Goods is required for the period of two (2) months, upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Procurement of Services for Annual Physical Examination.
