The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 4,936,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meals and Snacks (Lot 1), Grocery Claim Stub (Lot 2) for National Irrigation Administration – Central Office  Christmas Celebration. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
