Procurement of Service Provider for the Design, Development and Deployment of Nationwide Financial Management Information System (FMIS)

  1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the COB for FY 2022  intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Five Pesos and 67/100 (Php 19,838,585.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Service Provider for the Design, Development and Deployment of Nationwide Financial Management Information System (FMIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One (1) Year. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Development of Financial Management Information System. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
