The following changes/information are hereby made on the above-mentioned Invitation to Bid (ITB):

  1. Delete pages 45 and 46 of the Bid Documents – For Goods Offered from Within the Philippines, and For Goods Offered from Abroad Forms, and substitute the herein attached replacement sheet (Attachment Sheet No. 1); and
  2. The attached “Minutes of Pre-bidding Conference” shall form part of the Bid Documents (Attachment Sheets No. 2 to 9);
