Procurement of Surveying Equipment for Farmland Geographic Information Systems (FGIS) in National Irrigation Systems under NIACO-Irrigation Engineering Center

The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Fund-501 LFPs, FGIS Project, CY-2021 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million and 00/100 Pesos (Php15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Surveying Equipment for Farmland Geographic Information Systems (FGIS) in National Irrigation Administration under NIACO-Irrigation Engineering Center, Invitation to Bid No. NIACOIEC-S-2.  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.  Bidders should have completed a single contract within ten (10)years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) or at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate amounts should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of ABC having the largest of these similar contracts must be equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
