Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 1 for the Supply and Delivery of Ten (10) units Brand-New Motorcycle

A.  Please be advised of the following revisions in the Bidding Documents for the above-captioned project:

  1. Delete the page 21 under Section III. Bid Data Sheet of the Bidding Documents, and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet No. “1”.
  2. Delete the pages 35 and 36 under Section VIII. Checklist of Technical and Financial Documents of the Bidding Documents, and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet No. “2” and “3”; and
  3. Delete the pages 47 and 49 under Section VIII-A. Bidding Forms of the Bidding Documents, and substitute the herein Attachment Sheet Nos. “4” and “5”.

B.  The Minutes of Pre-bidding Conference is attached as Annex “A” for reference.

C.  Receipt of this Notice must be acknowledged by the Bidders at the Office of the BAC-A Secretariat, 6th Floor, NIA Building “A”, EDSA, Diliman, Quezon City.

D.  This Notice shall form part of the Bidding Documents.
