The following information are hereby made on the above-mentioned Invitation to Bid (ITB):

  1. The Technical Working Group (TWG), in response to the queries made during the pre-bidding conference, and written request received, issued a memorandum containing their decision on each question raised (Attachment Sheet No. 1); and
  2. The attached “Minutes of Pre-bidding Conference” shall form part of the Bid Documents (Attachment Sheets No. 2 to 5);
