The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Fund-501 LFPS GAA 2020, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,2000,000.00)  being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Brand New One (1) unit Sports Utility Vehicle, Diesel Engine Displacement, 3000cc (maximum), A/T, 4×2 under NIA-CAR, Alfonso Lista Pump irrigation Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
