1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Fund 501-LFPs, GAA 2018, Project MMIP II intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php8,400,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Brand New Three (3) units Pick-up Truck, Double Cab and Two (2) units, Pick-up Truck, Single Cab, 12 feet Long Drop Side Body, Invitation to Bid No. MMIPII-S-1R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
