A. The following changes/information as a result of the pre-bidding conference are hereby made on the above captioned Invitation to Bid:

1. Delete page 31 under the Schedule of Requirements and substitute the herein attached replacement sheet. (Attachment Sheet No. 1).
2. The attached “Minutes of the Pre-bidding Conference” shall form part of the Bid Documents (Attachment Sheet No. 2 to 6).
3. The attached “Checklist of Eligibility, Technical and Financial Requirements” as provided in ITB Clause 12.1 Section II of the Bid Documents is for reference only (Attachment Sheet Nos. 7 & 8).
