The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for 2020 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand  Eight Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 16/100 (Php 6,275,825.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Materials for Modular Workstation Including Electrical Works and Furniture for the Renovation of the Financial Management Department Office.  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Projcts. Delivery of the Goods is required by  One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particulary, in Secton II (Instructions to Bidders).
