Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Geostudio Professional and Structural Analysis and Design (STAAD) Pro

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2020  intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Eithy Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 60/100 (Php 6,183,175.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Geostudio Professional and Structural Analysis and Design (STAAD) Pro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, wihin five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
