The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Sixty One Thousand Pesos (Php 10,661,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for  Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Laboratory Equipment for Research/Soils and Water Laboratory Group, Irrigation Engineering Center, to wit:

  Lot 2 – Chemical Laboratory Equipment Php   2,960,000.00
