  1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Pesos (Php 1,493,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Split Type Airconditioning Units, Power Transformer and Panel Board for the Project Planning Division – Engineering Department. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
