Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Split Type Airconditioning Units

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2021  intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,920,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Split Type Airconditioning Units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days (shall commence upon complition of the construction of Multi-Purpose Building). Bidders should have completed, wihin five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
