Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Training and Testing of Video Conferencing and IT Equipment for Online Video Conferencing and Media Briefing
- The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Budget for 2022 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and 95/100 (Php 8,942,529.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Training and Testing of Video Conferencing and IT Equipment for Online Video Conferencing and Media Briefing. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
- The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Eifgty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply and Delivery of Video Conferencing and IT Equipment. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
