1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) through the Corportae Operating Budget (COB) Budget for 2022 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Six Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Five Seven Pesos  (Php 5,706,545.00)  being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for  Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Training, Commissioning and Testing of Audio Conferencing System, and Display Equipment for Multi-Purpose (Matikas) Hall and Convention Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
