Evaluate Program of Work (POW) submitted by the Regional Managers for repair and improvement of national irrigation systems and recommends revisions when necessary;
Prepare consolidated monthly progress report of all irrigation systems undergoing repair and improvement;
Check, monitor and evaluate monthly accomplishment report of irrigation systems with ongoing repair and improvement against approved Program of Work and recommend measures for systems improvement;
Evaluate and consolidate statistical records of all repair and improvement of national irrigation systems;
Assist in drafting of guidelines and procedures for the proper maintenance for the proper maintenance, repair, restoration and improvement of national irrigation systems;
