The National Irrigation Administration, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2020 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Million Pesos (PhP325,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. R1-LARISIPD-C-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
