The National Irrigation Administration, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2019 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Five Million Pesos (PhP225,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. Rl LARISIPD-C-1.
