The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,550,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Printing and Delivery of NIIA Wall and Tabble Calendar for CY 2022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years  from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Printing of Calendar. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
