  1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Continuing Budget GAA FY 2018 Fund 501-LFPs, HEPIS 2018 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Seven Million and 00/100 Pesos (Php 77,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Brand-New Various Motor Vehicles. Invitation to Bid No. NIACO-S-9. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
