  1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), Fund 501- LFPS, HEPIS 2018, Project- OD-EMD intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00)  to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Two (2) units Brand New Passenger / Commuter Van, Invitation to Bid No.NIACO-S-9R2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
