The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2020 (Continuing)  intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation, Testing and Commisioning of 600KW Rated Capacity Standby Generator Set Including Ancillary Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
