Supply, Delivery and Testing of Survey Grade Drone with RTK and Echosounder Including Hardware and Software

  1.  The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Drone with RTK and Echosounder Including  Hardware and Software.  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.  Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days.  Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
