Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Chemical Laboratory Equipment for Research/Soils and Water Laboratory Group, Irrigation Engineering Center

The National Irrigation Administration, through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for FY 2020  intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 2,745,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Chemical Laboratory Equipment for Research/Soils and Water Laboratory Group, Irrigation Engineering Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, wihin five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
