1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) through the FS&DE GAA 2018 intends  to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (Php 1,202,000.00) inclusive of 12% VAT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Various IT Equipment for Land and Water Resources Section (LWRS), Project Planning Division, Engineering Department. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of Various IT Equipment for Land and Water Resources Section (LWRS), Project Planning Division, Engineering Department. Delivery of the Goods is Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. For this purpose, similar contraas shall refer to Supply and Delivery of Desktop/Laptop Computers.
