The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Republic of the Philippines, Government of the Philippines (GOP), COB-501 FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand and 00/100 Pesos (Php 10,730,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Reorganization Process of National Irrigation Administration, Invitation to Bid No. NIACOMSD-CS-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening of the financial proposals.

The National Irrigation Administration now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consultancy Services for the Reorganization Process of National Irrigation Administration. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC-A Secretariat on or before March 22, 2021; 3:30 PM at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee-A Office, 6th Floor, NIA Building A, EDSA, Diliman, Quezon City. Application for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
